    Bibliography
We have a subscription to Easy Bib; sign up for an education account. The coupon code is "xaviehsct" (yes, there is no r). Get yourself set up and logged in the same browser you are going to do research in
    Database Resources
researchITCT (used to be iConn; EBSCO databases)
You will need a user name and password:
    User name: xavier
Password: (password- was provided in class)
Choose your search location- I would suggest researchIT CT OneSearch for High Schools.
Perform your search and then look at your limiters on the left side- focus especially on "Limit by Source Type" (you may have to hit "Show More"), where you can choose Primary Source Documents and Academic Journals (those are my suggestions).
Once you pick a chosen result: look to the right side of the screen. Email it to yourself to have the information, then click on Cite; click the link in the middle window that says "Export to Bibliographic Management Software", then select "Direct Export to Easy Bib". Confirm the citation you have selected, and it will then appear in your current list.
    Another database option:
    Gale
    Password was given in class
After you search, make sure it is sorted by "Relevance".
Once you have a result that you like, email it to yourself to have the information, then click on Citation Tools; click the Easy Bib button and it will open a new tab with Easy Bib and add your citation to the current list. (It works best if you have already signed into Easy Bib in another tab on your browser, but you can always sign in after the fact.)
    Books
Click here to access our card catalog and view the books we have available in the library. Search by the keywords related to your subject, or click on the Public tab of the resource list section, and then choose A King World History.
